ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
Policies
A deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation and the balance is due at the time of check-in.
Extra Nightly Guest: $30/person/night
Extra guest fees are based off of double occupancy.
1 Bedroom: 2 Guests (Max of 4)
2 Bedroom: 4 Guests (Max of 8)
3 Bedroom: 6 Guests (Max of 10)
4 Bedroom: 8 Guests (Max of 10)
5 Bedroom: 10 Guests (Max of 12)
Extra Day Guests: Our facility is reserved for the exclusive use of our registered guests. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests exceeding a unit’s rated capacity. There will be a charge of $10/day/person. All Day visitors must register before proceeding to cottages. Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Cancellation
Cancelation Policy: For Summer reservations your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival. Failure to cancel outside of the required timeframe, the guest will be held responsible for the entire amount of the stay. All Summer reservations are subject to a 8% nonrefundable fee.
For all other times of the year a 14 day notice is required. If canceled less than 14 days prior, the guest will lose the deposit.
These policies will apply regardless of COVID-19.
Room Rates & Taxes
- All rates are per night and based on double occupancy.
- Two night minimum stay is required.
- All rates are subject to a 7.375% Minnesota Sales Tax.
Additional Policies
- No fireworks of any kind allowed on the property
- No smoking allowed in the cabins. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas.
- Pets are welcome in some cabins. Must be on leash. Kenneled when left in cabin. Additional fee of $30 nightly per pet applies. Max of 2 pets per unit. No cats are permitted.

Lost Lake Lodge is hiring for our seasonal Grounds Crew. Ideal candidates are hard-working, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors. Full-time and part-time positions available. Experience with outdoor equipment is a plus, but not required.
