A deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation and the balance is due at the time of check-in.

Weekly reservations begin and end on Saturday during the peak & high peak seasons. For the remaining seasons of the year, weekly reservations may begin and end with any day other than Saturday.
Extra Day Guests: Our facility is reserved for the exclusive use of our registered guests. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests exceeding a unit’s rated capacity. There will be a charge of $10/day/person. All Day visitors must register before proceeding to cottages. Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
