RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
50% deposit required upon booking
Cabin minimum occupancy required
Check-in time: 4pm | Check-out time: 10am
Cancelation Policy: For Summer reservations your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival. Failure to cancel outside of the required timeframe, the guest will be held responsible for the entire amount of the stay. All Summer reservations are subject to a 8% nonrefundable fee. For all other times of the year a 14 day notice is required. If canceled less than 14 days prior, the guest will lose the deposit.

ROOM RATES & TAXES
All rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Two night minimum stay is required (winter). Three night minimum stay is required (summer). Lodging rates are based off of double occupancy.
All rates are subject to a 7.375% Minnesota Sales Tax. 8% Resort Fee.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES
No Guns or fireworks of any kind allowed on the property. No smoking allowed in the cabins.
Pets are welcome in some cabins. Must be on leash. Kenneled when left in cabin. Additional fee of $30 nightly applies.
